We currently have a specialized opportunity for an individual to join our Real Estate focused team with expertise with Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC). An individual, ideally at the Director level, with low income housing tax credit expertise would round out the experience of the team.QualificationsMinimum of seven years of recent public accounting experienceCertified Public Accountant (CPA), Juris Doctorate (JD), or Enrolled Agent (EA) designationHave an understanding of financial models syndicating Low-income Housing Tax Credits?Estimated Salary Range:? $100,000-250,000*.
